Structuring projects whose size exceeds what a single financier will carry. The challenge is the structure: several sources, several ranks of debt, security to be built, and coordination that lasts.
Financial institutions and development actors
Banks, microfinance institutions, funds, donors. They are not looking for money: they are looking for files that have been properly prepared, and borrowers able to hold to their commitments after disbursement.
