SMEs

A real business, proper accounts, and financing that does not come. More often than not it is not the project that blocks it: it is the form of the file and the choice of financier.

An SME trading for five years, with customers and accounts, is told no by its bank without understanding why. In almost every file we review, the business itself is not the problem.

The needs we meet

The operating cycle. Paying suppliers before customers pay you ties up money permanently, and that money grows with activity. It is the most frequent and the most misdiagnosed need: many investment requests in fact cover working capital.

Equipment. A machine, a vehicle, premises. This need finances well, provided it is presented with the right repayment horizon and the right security — usually the financed asset itself.

Prefinancing a signed contract. An order you cannot afford to deliver. Assigning the payment to the financier often turns an impossible file into a simple one.

Restructuring existing debt. Reschedule before falling behind, never after.

What we do

We start with the diagnosis: what the real need is, for how much, repaid from which flows. That step alone redirects a good share of requests. We then build the file — financial statements, recent position, forecast and its assumptions, existing debt, legal documents — and approach the financiers whose criteria match, in parallel rather than one after another.

What we expect from you

Accounts for the last three years, a recent position even if unaudited, and a documented shareholding. Nothing else is required to start. If one of these is missing, we say so before presenting anything: an incomplete file spends a first impression that cannot be spent twice.
