Alpha Saliou DIALLO

Partner and co-founder of Didial, Alpha Saliou DIALLO brings the firm more than eight years of experience in Guinean banking, gained at leading institutions: Ecobank Guinée, NSIA Banque Guinée, Access Bank Guinée and Vista Bank Guinée (VISTAGUI).

He began his career at Ecobank Guinée, where he held successive roles in direct sales, collections and credit analysis. There he built a solid command of credit portfolio quality and of rating and profitability standards (Moody’s, RAROC). He then joined NSIA Banque Guinée as SME Relationship Manager, building and growing a corporate portfolio.

From 2021 to 2024 he was Customer Service Manager at Access Bank Guinée, leading commercial development at the Madina branch — one of Conakry’s economic hubs — across the retail and SME segments, and coaching the account managers. Since 2024, as Business Banking Relationship Manager at Vista Bank Guinée, he has managed a portfolio of more than 300 professional clients, supporting them day to day from the structuring of their credit files to the growth of their business.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Université Nongo Conakry and an MBA in Financial Engineering from SUPEMIR (Casablanca, Morocco). Alpha Saliou DIALLO combines financial expertise, field judgement and a results-driven culture. His strength: quickly building lasting relationships of trust. He speaks French, English, Pular, Susu and Maninka.
