Financial institutions and development actors
You are not looking for money: you are looking for files that have been properly prepared, and borrowers who hold to their commitments after disbursement. That is exactly what we work on.
A financial institution rarely has a funding problem. It has a file problem: too many unusable applications, a high cost of review, and borrowers who drift after the first disbursement.
Files prepared before they reach you
A file prepared upstream — documents gathered, assumptions written down, debt disclosed, governance checked — costs far less to analyse than a raw application. We review before we present, and we tell the sponsor what will not pass rather than leaving you to find out.
Structuring lines and products
Designing products for a segment, building eligibility criteria, guarantee mechanisms, articulation with donor resources. Our financial engineering work serves the lender here as much as the borrower.
Supporting borrowers after disbursement
Most incidents come not from the file but from what follows: a company that has never run a cash forecast, reporting that never arrives, an investment that slips. Implementation support, optional and under a separate mandate, addresses exactly that phase.
Training teams
Credit analysis, financial modelling, governance, preparing for a fundraising: our academy trains an institution’s own teams as readily as the managers in its portfolio. A borrower who understands their own figures is a smaller risk.
How we work with you
Under a written agreement, with a defined scope and strict confidentiality on both sides’ files. One conversation is enough to say whether a partnership makes sense.
